Cold remedy blend
- 100 drops of eucalyptus radiata essential oil
- 50 drops of eucalyptus globulus essential oil
- 50 drops of ravintsara essential oil
The mixture can be used in a diffuser, inhaled through a handkerchief or mixed with a carrier oil and used on the skin.
Blend for diffuser or inhalation
For blocked sinuses
- 4 drops of cedarwood, atlas essential oil
- 4 drops of eucalyptus globulus essential oil
- 4 drops of ravintsara essential oil
For allergy symptoms
- 5 drops of eucalyptus globulus essential oil
- 3 drops of lavender essential oil
- 2 drops of ravintsara essential oil
For asthma symptoms
- 4 drops of lemon essential oil
- 4 drops of eucalyptus globulus essential oil
- 4 drops of peppermint essential oil
For mental exhaustion
- 4 drops of pine needle essential oil

Carrier oil blends
For headaches
- 30 ml of almond oil
- 5 drops of rosemary, cineole essential oil
- 3 drops of peppermint essential oil
- 2 drops of lavender essential oil
- 2 drops of eucalyptus globulus essential oil
A small amount of the mixture should be massaged in circular motions on the temple area.
For fungal skin infections
- 100 ml carrier oil of choice
- 25 drops of palmarosa essential oil
- 25 drops of eucalyptus globulus essential oil
- 25 drops of thyme, linalool essential oil
The mixture should be applied to the affected area 2-4 times a day for a period of 10-14 days.
