Domestic shipping
Free delivery for all orders via DPDa or BOX NOW delivery service
For shipments worth more than €40, we provide free delivery via DPDa or BOX NOW delivery service. Shipments worth up to €39.99 are delivered free of charge via the BOX NOW delivery service. In case the customer wants delivery via the DPD delivery service and the value of the order is up to €39.99, a delivery fee of €4.65 (Kn 35.00) VAT included is charged.
Within 1 to 3 days from the payment of the order created in the online store, Bioeterica will fulfill the order according to the delivery service.
After the delivery of the package to the delivery service by the company Bioeterica, the customer receives an e-mail and SMS from the delivery service with information about the package and approximate delivery time. The customer receives the first sms and e-mail at the moment when the package is prepared, and the second on the day of delivery with a 3-hour time interval of the expected delivery time.
Delivery of the Customer's shipment is made on working days from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. It is not possible to choose the delivery time, as it depends on the schedule of the delivery service for a specific delivery area. The standard delivery time for this type of delivery is 1 to 3 working days from the delivery of the shipment by the Seller to the delivery service.
For each shipment, the Buyer certifies and signs the delivery list upon receipt of the shipment. Pursuant to the provisions of the Obligatory Relations Act, upon verification of the delivery list by the Buyer, it is considered that the shipment was delivered in an undamaged condition and after that the carrier is released from any subsequent liability.
If the Customer is not at the delivery address when the delivery is attempted, the delivery service will attempt delivery the next working day.
If the recipient does not exist at the specified address or the address is unknown, the delivery service will try to contact the recipient in order to agree on the exact time and possibly another delivery address. In case of impossibility of delivery, the shipment is returned to the Seller. In this case, the Seller reserves the right to the goods.
Free pick up at the branch
Picking up the order in the branch is possible after receiving an e-mail notification that it is ready for pick up. You will receive a notification within 1-2 working days of payment. Pick up is possible at Gradišćanska, 30 in Zagreb on weekdays from 12:00 to 17:00.
International shipping
Delivery of packages in the territory of the European Union is done by fast DPD delivery. For shipments worth €100 or more, we provide free delivery.
For shipments worth up to €100, the delivery prices are:
1. Slovenia - €7.11
2. Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Germany, Slovakia - €10.63
3. Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden - €13.28
4. Bulgaria, Finland, Greece, Romania - €39.83
