Returns & Complaints

The customer has the right to a justified complaint and to return the goods in the following cases:
  • Delivery of expired goods
  • Delivery of goods that have a fault or damage that did not occur during transport

The deadline for submitting a complaint is 8 days from the receipt of the package.

In the case of a request to return the goods for justified reasons, the buyer is obliged to send a written complaint to the Seller by e-mail to contact@bioeterica.hr or to the address: Bioeterica d.o.o., Franje Hermana 17i, 10000 Zagreb.

In order to determine the specific order to which the customer has an objection as quickly as possible, customers are asked to state the order number, account number or their username in the complaint. Bioeterica will confirm the receipt of the complaint in writing without delay, and the response according to Article 10.para.5. of the Law on Consumer Protection must arrive within 15 (fifteen) days from the day the complaint was received.

In the event of a justified complaint, the customer has the right to terminate the contract with a refund of the amount paid or exchange for a correct, undamaged and valid product.

Bioeterica will accept the return of damaged, defective or wrongly delivered goods at its own expense, if it is determined that the complaint is justified and that the customer has not affected the correctness, damage or any defect of the goods. In the case of a justified complaint, the cost of replacing the product with a new product is fully borne by Bioeterica.

Written consumer complaint

If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you can file a complaint with Bioeterica d.o.o. Bioeterica allows you to submit a written complaint by mail to the address Bioeterica d.o.o., Franje Hermana 17i 10000 Zagreb or by email contact@bioeterica.hr

In order to determine the specific order against which you have a complaint as quickly as possible, state the order number and invoice in the complaint. Bioeterica will confirm the receipt of the complaint in writing without delay, and according to the Law, the answer must reach you within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
