Radi što bržeg utvrđivanja konkretne narudžbe na koju kupac ima prigovor, u prigovoru se mole kupci da navedu broj narudžbe, broj računa ili svoje korisničko ime. Bioeterica će potvrditi primitak prigovora pisanim putem bez odgađanja a odgovor po čl.10.st.5. Zakona o zaštiti potrošača mora stići u roku od 15 (petnaest) dana od dana zaprimljenog prigovora.
U slučaju opravdanog prigovora, kupac ima pravo na raskid ugovora uz povrat uplaćenog iznosa ili zamjenu za ispravni, neoštećeni i valjani proizvod.
Bioeterica će prihvatiti povrat oštećene, neispravne ili pogrešno isporučene robe o svom trošku, ukoliko se utvrdi da je prigovor opravdan te da kupac nije utjecao na ispravnost, oštećenje ili bilo kakav nedostatak robe. U slučaju opravdanog prigovora, trošak zamjene proizvoda s novim proizvodom u cijelosti snosi Bioeterica.

Pisani prigovor potrošača
U slučaju da ste iz bilo kojeg razloga nezadovoljni možete uputiti prigovor tvrtki Bioeterica d.o.o. Bioeterica vam omogućava podnošenje pisanog prigovora putem pošte na adresu Bioeterica d.o.o., Franje Hermana 17i 10000 Zagreb ili putem maila contact@bioeterica.hr

U skladu sa Zakonom o zaštiti potrošača, čl.72., st.1, kupac ima pravo na jednostrani raskid ugovora, ne navodeći razloge za to, u roku od 14 dana od dana primitka naručenih proizvoda
Kupac je sukladno članku 77. stavak 5. Zakona o zaštiti potrošača odgovoran za svako umanjenje vrijednosti kupljenog proizvoda koje je rezultat rukovanja kupljenim proizvodom. Umanjenje vrijednosti određuje službeni servis ili dobavljač. Kako bi ostvario pravo na raskid ugovora, kupac je dužan o svojoj namjeri pismeno obavijestiti prodavatelja. Ugovor možete jednostrano raskinuti koristeći obrazac za raskid ugovora ili putem bilo koje druge nedvosmislene izjave u kojoj izražavate svoju volju da raskinete ugovor na trajnom mediju. Ukoliko su proizvodi isporučeni kupcu, kupac je dužan vratiti naručene proizvode o svom trošku. Vraćeni proizvodi moraju biti u dobrom stanju, neotvoreni, nekorišteni i u originalnoj ambalaži. Povrat novca bit će izvršen na isti način na koji je izvršena uplata.
Kupac je dužan robu predati ili poslati (na adresu gdje će se poslati) bez nepotrebnog odgađanja, a u svakom slučaju najkasnije u roku od 14 dana od dana kada je Kupac uputio svoju odluku o jednostranom raskidu ugovora.
Izravne troškove povrata robe snosi kupac sam. U slučaju da koristi svoje pravo, kupac snosi trošak vraćanja robe i mora je vratiti u roku od 14 dana (Članak 77. ZZP).
Kupac isto tako snosi trošak svakog umanjenja vrijednosti robe (Članak 77.ZZP) (otpakirana roba, izgubljena dokumentacija i dijelovi, oštećenja, korištenje robe i slično), osim onoga koje je bilo potrebno za utvrđivanje prirode, obilježja i funkcionalnosti robe.
O umanjenju vrijednosti kupljenog proizvoda u odnosu na oštećenje ambalaže odnosno oštećenje proizvoda koje nije uzrokovano provjerom funkcionalnosti proizvoda utvrđivati za svaki vraćeni proizvod pojedinačno te će o tome obavijestiti kupca nakon primitka vraćenog proizvoda.
Kako bi se ustanovila priroda, karakteristike i funkcioniranje proizvoda, rukujte i pregledajte proizvod (i) s dužnom pažnjom i (ili) na isti način kako bi Vam uobičajeno bilo dozvoljeno u trgovini. Bilo kakvo rukovanje ili pregledavanje proizvoda koje ne bi bilo u skladu s prethodno navedenim opisom pravilnog rukovanja i pregledavanja, moglo bi prouzročiti smanjenje vrijednosti proizvoda, za što imamo pravo umanjiti povrat uplate koju smo primili od Vas.
Rukovanjem/korištenjem proizvoda smatra se za difuzore stavljanje eteričnih ulja u difuzor i pokretanje rada.
Ukoliko je proizvod vraćen neispravan, s većim oštećenjima ili bez dijelova i dokumentacije te ukoliko se isti ne dostave u naknadnom roku od 8 dana smatra se da Kupac nije ispunio svoju obavezu povrata robe te Prodavatelj nije dužan izvršiti povrat uplaćenih sredstava u cijelosti već se može raditi procjena umanjenja vrijednosti proizvoda.
Podsjećamo Vas da, od trenutka kad preuzmete proizvod i dok nam ga ne vratite, Vi ste odgovorni za taj proizvod i snosite odgovornost za bilo kakvo oštećenje.
