You can also use them for face and body care and treatment of minor injuries, as well as for cleaning and maintenance of your home. To achieve this, you don't need a large collection of essential oils, but a few selected ones.
Find out what these oils are and how best to use them.
The best essential oils for everyday use
Every home pharmacy should contain lavender essential oil. It can help reduce stress, promote relaxation and help you develop better sleeping habits. It also promotes healing and renewal of the skin.
Tea tree essential oil is known for its antiseptic effect, so you can use it in skin care, for the prevention and treatment of respiratory problems, and for disinfection and household cleaning.
Peppermint essential oil is another useful oil for your daily use. Just the smell of peppermint can increase your concentration and focus and refresh you after a busy day. It also helps with headaches and pain in general, and in the case of a cold, it will help with a blocked nose. It is also useful in skin care because it pleasantly cools and relieves itching.
Lemon essential oil has natural antibacterial, antiviral and antihistamine properties, making it an excellent natural cleaner. It is excellent for making your own cleaning products, which also gives a pleasant refreshing smell. It is excellent for degreasing and removing stubborn stains, as well as for freshening the air. If you feel a drop in energy or are in a bad mood, a few drops of lemon essential oil will put a smile back on your face.
5. Eucalyptus radiata essential oil
Invigorating, revitalizing and deeply refreshing eucalyptus radiate essential oil is an important part of the home pharmacy. Use this essential oil to support a healthy respiratory system or enjoy its strong refreshing aroma whenever you feel a drop in energy or concentration or want to freshen up your home. Be careful when using eucalyptus around children. It is considered safe for children 2 years of age in 0.5% dilution and 1% dilution for children 3 to 6 years of age.
The wonderful fresh aroma of sweet orange is relaxing, refreshing and stimulating at the same time, so it is suitable for lifting the mood, in case of anxiety and poor concentration. You can also use it in skin care. In addition to the wonderful smell of sweet orange essential oil, it is a great addition to cleaning products. In combination with other essential oils, it refreshes and purifies the air in the rooms where you stay.
Geranium essential oil is excellent for skin care. By inhaling this essential oil, you will balance your emotions and relieve the ailments that accompany a stressful lifestyle.
White pine essential oil purifies and refreshes the air in the room; pleasantly relaxes and soothes, deepens breathing and invigorates. It is ideal for use in the season of respiratory infections because it has an anti-inflammatory effect and relieves cough irritation. It is also useful for relieving muscle and joint pain.
Application of essential oils for every day
1. SKIN CARE AND INJURIES
Burns, cuts, scratches, scars
If you have a burn, cut, scratch or other skin injury, lavender essential oil will relieve pain, swelling and speed up the wound healing process. For a fresh injury, you can apply it pure, undiluted - drop one to two drops directly on the injury.
Lavender essential oil will also help reduce scars. In this case, dilute it in some base oil, for example, rosehip oil (add 30 drops of lavender essential oil to 30 ml of oil) and gently massage twice a day on damp skin.
In addition to lavender, you can use tea tree essential oil for scratches and minor wounds, especially if there is a high probability of infection. Due to its antibacterial properties, tea tree essential oil can reduce the risk of infection in minor wounds and injuries. It will also reduce the possibility of scarring, although it has no effect on existing scars.
If you have sunburn, add 20 drops of lavender essential oil and 5 drops of peppermint essential oil to 50 ml of St. John's wort macerate. By turning the bottle up and down, mix its contents. Use the prepared oil twice a day on wet skin, until the skin heals. You can moisturize the skin with lavender hydrolate or aloe vera gel, which will additionally soothe irritated skin, increase the cooling effect, stimulate oil absorption and speed up skin renewal.
Insect bites
With essential oils, you can relieve itching, swelling and soothe irritated skin after insect bites. If you do not know what bit you and redness and swelling appeared, you can apply a drop of pure undiluted lavender essential oil to the bite.
If there is a possibility of infection after a bite, you can use tea tree essential oil in the same way.
You can prepare two types of preparations:
Roll on for treating insect bites
- 5 drops of lavender essential oil
- 2 drops of tea tree essential oil
- 3 drops of peppermint essential oil
- up to 10 ml sunflower or jojoba base oil
Spray for treating insect bites
- 15 ml of 70% alcohol
- 15 ml of Roman chamomile hydrolat
- 4 drops of lavender essential oil
- 3 drops of peppermint or eucalyptus radiata essential oil
- 3 drops of tea tree essential oil
- 30 ml bottle with sprayer
Preparation:
Pour 70% alcohol into a 30 ml bottle and add essential oils. Leave the mixture to stand for a couple of hours and then add chamomile hydrosol to it, close, shake and use as needed.
Store the preparation in the refrigerator - this will increase the cooling effect of peppermint.
Oily and impure skin
Lavender essential oil is anti-inflammatory and promotes skin healing, so it can help with oily and impure skin.
If the inflammatory processes are more pronounced, combine it with tea tree essential oil. Instead of lavender or in combination with lavender and tea tree, you can use eucalyptus radiata essential oil, which has an anti-inflammatory effect, soothes irritated skin and has an antiseptic effect.
To use the listed essential oils for oily and impure skin care, mix 20 ml of hazelnut oil with 2 drops of lavender and 3 drops of tea tree essential oil or 2 drops of lavender, 2 drops of tea tree and 2 drops of eucalyptus radiata essential oil.
Use the prepared oil in the morning, after cleansing the face. Moisten the skin with water or lavender or witch hazel hydrolate before applying the oil.
Dry skin
Lavender essential oil is ideal for the care of dry, flaky skin prone to irritation.
To care for such skin, you can prepare a body butter - in a porcelain bowl, mix 200 g of melted shea butter with 40 drops of lavender essential oil (or 20 drops of lavender and 20 drops of sweet orange essential oil).
Transfer it to the appropriate packaging, let it squeeze and use it once a day on damp skin after showering.
Mature skin
Lavender essential oil, due to its restorative properties, is also excellent for the care of mature skin. If you use it regularly, it will reduce the formation of new ones and soften existing ones. It will stimulate skin renewal, reduce the appearance of dark spots and prevent premature skin aging.
For this purpose, mix 4-5 drops of lavender essential oil and 20 ml of wild rose fruit base oil.
Use the prepared oil in the morning and evening - apply a few drops of oil on the skin of the face and neck after cleansing and toning.
You can use immortelle or rose hydrolat to moisturize the skin. If you want to provide your skin with more protective care, add a few drops of oil to your moisturizing cream.
Options:
You can use geranium essential oil instead of lavender.
Herpes
Herpes that appears on the lips or around the lips can be treated using essential oils either in prevention or after its outbreak.
For this purpose, you can try several options:
1) If you feel that herpes is breaking out
Apply a drop of pure eucalyptus radiata or peppermint essential oil to that place, 2-3 times a day - use an ear stick to apply the essential oil.
2) If herpes has already broken out
The place where it is located can be smeared two to three times a day with a salve that you can prepare yourself:
- 10 ml of calendula maceration or tamanu oil
- 8 drops of eucalyptus radiata or tea tree essential oil
- 5 drops of peppermint essential oil
- 7 drops of lavender essential oil
3) For the prevention of herpes on the lips
Prepare a lip care balm with antiviral activity that you will use for daily lip care:
- 2 teaspoons of tamanu oil or lemon balm macerate
- 1 teaspoon of jojoba or castor oil
- 1 teaspoon of white or yellow beeswax
- 1/2 to one teaspoon of shea butter or coconut oil or cocoa butter
- 2 drops of peppermint essential oil
- 1 drop of tea tree essential oil
- 1 drop of lavender essential oil
Preparation:
Measure 3 teaspoons of tamanu oil, jojoba oil, beeswax and shea butter into a glass made of fireproof glass. Place the glass in a pot of water (on a water bath) and heat until all the ingredients dissolve. Add essential oils to the melted mixture, mix and pour into plastic, glass or aluminum containers.
Allow the salve to cool and squeeze, then cover it and use it for daily lip care.
Options:
Instead of tea tree and lavender essential oils, you can use ravintsara essential oil, which has a strong antiviral effect.
2. INSOMNIA
Many studies have proven that lavender essential oil is ideal for use in insomnia, especially in women, younger people and people with milder insomnia. It will not only help you fall asleep, but your sleep will also be of better quality, so you will wake up in a good mood and ready for a new working day.
Lavender contains the compounds linalyl acetate and linalool, which inhibit neurotransmitters, soothe and relax, and reduce anxiety.
You can use it:
1) In the diffuser
Put a few drops in the water tank and turn on the diffuser 20 minutes before going to sleep.
2) In an air freshener or on a pillow
Add 20 ml of 96% alcohol and 30 drops of lavender essential oil to a 30 ml bottle, shake and then add about 5 ml of distilled water.
Mix by turning the bottle up and down.
Use by spraying in the room or spray the underside of the pillow to avoid any skin irritation.
3) Add to the bath
This is a great way to relax before bed.
As essential oils do not dissolve in water, you cannot directly drip them into water, but must first be mixed with an emulsifier such as honey, base oil or soy or oat cream.
Mix 20 drops of lavender essential oil with 30 ml of soy cream and add to a bathtub filled with warm water.
Options:
If you have very dry skin, add a spoonful of almond or avocado oil to the mixture of essential oil and soy cream.
In addition to lavender, you can also add sweet orange or tangerine or a small amount of marjoram or Atlas cedar to the bath.
4) Use in massage oil or body care
In 100 ml of macadamia oil, add 30-40 drops of lavender essential oil or 20 drops of lavender essential oil, 10 drops of eucalyptus radiata and 10 drops of lemon essential oil.
Options:
For a relaxing massage, mix lavender essential oil with bergamot or sweet orange and Atlas cedar.
5) Use locally on certain parts of the body such as the temples, wrists, behind the ears, on the back of the neck, on the shoulders, etc.
Pour 10-20 drops of lavender essential oil into the roll-on bottle and fill the bottle with jojoba oil.
Use before bed.
3. HEADACHE AND MIGRAINE
Headaches and migraine pain can be triggered or worsened by stress, so relaxation is an important part of any headache and migraine treatment. Aromatherapy can also help you relax and relieve and eliminate pain.
Peppermint essential oil is one of the best for treating headaches and migraines. You can use it alone or in combination with some relaxing essential oils.
Try the following options:
1) Use peppermint essential oil in a diffuser.
2) Massage 1-2 drops of essential oil into the temples, the top of the forehead (at the transition to the scalp) and the back of the head, neck and shoulders.
If you have sensitive skin, dilute the essential oils with an equal amount of a base oil.
3) For frequent headaches, use the preparation in a roll-on bottle that you will always have with you, in your purse.
Mix 15 drops of lavender essential oil with 5 drops of peppermint and fill the 10 ml roll-on bottle with hazelnut base oil.
Instead of lavender, you can use sweet marjoram essential oil.
4) Headaches and migraines can also be relieved by cold compresses (except in the case of sinus inflammation) that are used on the forehead and back of the neck.
To prepare the poultices, add a tablespoon of oat cream to a liter of cold water, into which you have previously added 3 drops of lavender and 2 drops of peppermint essential oil.
Soak a small towel in the water for the wraps, wring it out well and place it on your forehead or neck. Keep it until it warms up, then replace it with a new pad.
Use the compresses 3 times a day for 15 to 20 minutes.
5) If the headache is related to a cold or sinus inflammation, you can use eucalyptus radiata essential oil to relieve it, alone or in combination with peppermint and/or lavender essential oil.
6) If you feel a migraine coming on, inhale lavender essential oil directly from the bottle or put one drop of essential oil in the middle of one palm, cover the palm with the other palm, rub them gently, open and inhale for a few minutes until you feel yourself relaxing.
4. NAUSEA AND MOTION SICKNESS
If you experience frequent nausea due to pregnancy, stomach irritation, or other common conditions, essential oils can be helpful:
1) If your nausea is caused by anxiety or physical pain:
Lavender essential oil will help you relax.
Use it in a diffuser or put a drop or two on a tissue and inhale until the nausea subsides.
2) Peppermint essential oil relaxes the stomach muscles and relieves spasms, thus helping with various types of nausea.
You can use it in a diffuser or put 1-2 drops on a tissue and inhale.
3) If your children have problems with motion sickness, try lemon essential oil, which relieves nausea, dizziness, fatigue and nervousness caused by motion sickness.
You can use it in a car diffuser or put it on a tissue and give it to your child to inhale.
Options:
Essential oils can also be combined with each other to relieve nausea – try a combination of peppermint and lemon or lavender and lemon.
5. PAIN IN MUSCLES AND JOINTS
Pain in muscles and joints is a common occurrence in both young and old people.
If you want to avoid painkillers, aromatherapy is a good option. Essential oils can relieve pain and inflammation and relax tense muscles. Use them in baths or massage oil.
Below we present a couple of options.
Bath salt – for tired and tense muscles
After a hard workout, long walk or work, warm water with the addition of essential oils will relieve tension in the muscles, thereby reducing muscle pain.
Additionally, adding bitter salt to a warm bath will speed up the reduction and relief of muscle and joint pain caused by arthritis.
Ingredients:
- 200 grams of salt from the Dead Sea
- 10 grams of fine sea salt
- 1 teaspoon of jojoba oil
- 10 drops of peppermint essential oil
- 25 drops of eucalyptus radiata essential oil
- 15 drops of lavender or petitgrain essential oil
Preparation:
Mix both salts in a bowl. Mix essential oils with jojoba base oil, pour over salt and mix well. Store in a nice jar.
Application:
Add a handful of bath salts to the tub under running water to dissolve before you get in the tub. After bathing, gently rinse and gently dry the skin so as not to remove the oil.
Oil for pain relief in muscles and joints
Ingredients:
- 100 ml of maceration of St. John's wort or hazelnut oil
- 20 drops of eucalyptus radiata essential oil
- 20 drops of pine needle essential oil
- 10 drops of peppermint essential oil
Preparation:
Pour essential oils into a 100 ml bottle and fill the bottle to the top with St. John's wort maceration or hazelnut oil. Close the bottle and mix its contents by turning the bottle up and down.
Application:
Use as needed - gently massage on painful parts of the body. Massage in the direction of the heart.
Relaxing magnesium oil
Magnesium oil relaxes the muscles, so it helps with insomnia and muscle pain and spasms.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of distilled water
- 1/2 cup of magnesium chloride flakes
- 60 drops of lavender essential oil
- 100 ml glass spray bottle
Preparation:
Measure the magnesium chloride flakes into a fireproof glass bowl. Boil the water. Pour boiled water over the magnesium chloride flakes and stir until they dissolve. Add lavender essential oil to lukewarm oil, mix and pour into a spray bottle.
Application:
Shake the preparation before use. Spray the desired part of the body with magnesium oil and gently massage it. You can use it on the whole body, especially on the back, shoulders and legs.
Important notice:
Store at room temperature for up to 6 months. When you use the spray for the first time, it may sting. In order for it to work, it is important that it stays on the skin for about 30 minutes. After that, wash it off. The burning sensation disappears over time, so you can leave the magnesium oil on the skin.
Options:
Instead of lavender essential oil, you can use a combination of lavender with petit grain essential oils of bitter orange or marjoram (40 drops of lavender essential oil + 20 drops of petit grain oil of bitter orange or marjoram).
6. RESPIRATORY PROBLEMS
Cold and changeable winter weather, as well as longer stays indoors, make us more susceptible to contact with different types of microorganisms. Since our respiratory system is the most open organ system and is in continuous communication with the external environment, it is susceptible to acute infections that cause minor or severe health problems.
Essential oils have a number of biological effects that can help us prevent and alleviate various respiratory system problems that we encounter in the cold season of the year. Which of them we will apply and how, depends on the type of problem we want to treat. That is why we choose essential oils that have an antiseptic and purifying effect, break down accumulated mucus and facilitate expectoration, have an anti-inflammatory and soothing effect or reduce the irritation to cough.
Below we bring you a couple of ideas to ease breathing problems.
Essential oil mixture for preserving health and preventing respiratory problems
- 3 drops of lemon or sweet orange essential oil
- 3 drops of tea tree essential oil
- 3 drops of eucalyptus radiata essential oil
- 1 drop of peppermint essential oil
Use the mixture in a diffuser or to prepare an air freshener – mix 50 ml of 70% alcohol with 50 drops of the essential oil mixture.
Balm for easier breathing and relief of cough irritation
- 25 drops of eucalyptus radiata essential oil
- 25 drops of pine needle essential oil
- 10 drops of lavender essential oil
- 50 g of scent-free castor oil
- packaging - 50 ml pot
Preparation:
Weigh out the coconut oil in a glass made of fireproof glass and melt it on a water bath or radiator. Add essential oils to the melted oil. Mix the balm, pour it into the appropriate packaging and let it squeeze.
Application:
Use 3-4 times a day - massage on the upper back and chest.
A warm bath
The steam from a hot bath effectively unclogs the nose, especially if we added eucalyptus radiata, peppermint, and tea tree essential oils to the bath. A warm bath will also support our immune system in the fight against viruses.
Since pure essential oils can irritate the skin, it is advisable to dilute them - add a total of 15-20 drops of the desired essential oils to 100 ml of soy or oat cream.
Steam inhalation
Instead of a warm bath, you can use steam inhalation for sinus inflammation and stuffy nose. For this purpose, heat the water to the boiling point, drop one to two drops of eucalyptus or ravinstara essential oil or a combination of essential oils of your choice (try a combination of ravintsara or eucalyptus radiata, white pine and tea tree) in a pot of water, cover your head with a towel and inhale.
After one minute, add a new drop and thus a total of 5 to 6 minutes. Inhale 2-3 times a day.
7. MOOD, MOTIVATION, STRESS
The human connection with medicinal and aromatic plants has been known for a long time, and when it comes to aromatherapy, this connection comes to the fore even more. If they are properly extracted from the plant, i.e. if they are of high quality, essential oils have a supportive effect on man and his psychophysical balance.
By inhaling, odorous molecules reach the limbic part of the brain, which is responsible for emotions, via the olfactory system. In this way, we can have a positive effect on the mood.
Citrus essential oils such as lemon, mandarin, orange and grapefruit with their freshness trigger cheerfulness, joy, beautiful thoughts, remove stress, anxiety and fear and create a beautiful atmosphere in the room. They have a recognisable smell, a favourite among all tastes and ages.
One of the most commonly used essential oils for this purpose is lemon essential oil, which you can use in a diffuser, inhale directly from the bottle, or use in baths, while showering, or in body care products.
If your mood is affected by stress and you find it difficult to relax, combine citrus essential oils with lavender, which soothes and relaxes on all levels, gives a feeling of protection and security, and combines well with citrus.
Below we bring you a few ways to use essential oils to stimulate good mood and motivation.
Essential oil blend for a diffuser
- 5 drops of lavender essential oil
- 5 drops of lemon essential oil
Application:
Use in a diffuser for relaxation and a better mood.
Options:
If you want a more relaxing combination, increase the amount of lavender essential oil and reduce the amount of lemon.
For a more refreshing and motivating blend, increase the amount of lemon essential oil and decrease the lavender.
You can replace lemon essential oil with sweet orange, mandarin, grapefruit or bergamot essential oil.
A relaxing bath
Bathing can reduce the feeling of depression and pessimism, especially if we add selected essential oils to the bath (lavender, citrus, clary sage, frankincense, marjoram, geranium) because baths provide a wonderful combination of isolation, peace, silence and comfort.
Since essential oils do not dissolve in water, never drip them directly into water, but rather mix them with a base oil or soy cream that contains lecithin, which is a natural emulsifier. One option is effervescent balls, and the recipe for making them can be found below:
Effervescent bath balls with Himalayan salt
Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cups baking soda
- 1/2 cup citric acid
- 1/2 cup Himalayan salt
- 2-3 teaspoons of lavender hydrolate or water
- 10 drops of mandarin essential oil
- 7 drops of lavender essential oil
- 3 drops of clary sage essential oil
Preparation:
Mix the dry ingredients, add essential oils and mix again. After that, carefully add the lavender hydrolate to the mixture (a better option would be to spray the mixture with the hydrolate using a spray bottle).
Stop adding the hydrolate when the mixture starts to stick when kneading in your fist.
Form balls with your hands or press the mixture into suitable silicone molds (you can also use muffin molds).
If desired, add dry lavender flowers to the balls, and after an hour of drying, remove them from the mold.
Application:
Add one effervescent ball to a tub filled with warm water.
A massage with essential oils will also help you relax. You can use oil or butter for massage:
Whipped body butter
The butters and oils used in this recipe are a perfect combination that at the same time perfectly cares for your skin and has a relaxing and motivating effect.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup of shea butter
- ½ cup cocoa butter
- ½ cup of coconut oil
- ½ cup of sunflower or hazelnut oil
- 15 drops of lavender essential oil
- 10 drops of lemon essential oil
- 5 drops of eucalyptus radiata essential oil
Preparation:
Measure out all the butters and oils and transfer them to a glass ovenproof dish.
Fill a large pan/pot with water to a height of 3-4 cm. Place a glass fireproof bowl in the pot and heat over low heat.
Let the butters melt and combine with the coconut and hazelnut oil. While melting, stir the mixture every few minutes.
When everything melts, remove the mixture from the heat and leave it for 5-10 minutes to cool down a bit. Add essential oils.
Put the mixture in a cold place - it can also be in the refrigerator until it starts to squeeze. It should not be completely compressed, but it should be thick.
Remove the mixture from the refrigerator. Mix the mixture with a hand-held electric mixer - start with a low speed and slowly increase it. Mix until the butter becomes light and fluffy (about 3-5 minutes).
Transfer the butter to a glass container and store it in a cooler place. In summer, you can store butter in the refrigerator.
Application:
You can use the butter for massage or body care.
Options:
Try the combination of sweet orange, grapefruit and geranium (15 drops of sweet orange + 10 drops of grapefruit + 5 drops of geranium).
IMPORTANT!
The essential oils of some citrus fruits (lemon, bergamot, bitter orange, grapefruit, lime) can cause photosensitivity, so do not use them immediately before exposure to the sun. The butter made according to our recipe contains small amounts of lemon essential oil that will not cause a photosensitivity reaction.
8. CONCENTRATION AND FOCUS
Stress, anxiety and mood swings also affect attention and concentration and memory. If you want to increase focus, motivation and concentration, refresh and wake up, a great, natural way to do this is to use essential oils.
In addition to adults, you can also use essential oils with children.
Citrus essential oils such as lemon or grapefruit are ideal for this purpose, and you can combine them with eucalyptus radiata or lavender essential oil, depending on whether you want the mixture to have a more relaxing (for tension, fear and anxiety) or uplifting effect (for fatigue, exhaustion and similar.).
The best and simplest way to use essential oils to improve concentration is through a diffuser, and if this is not possible, essential oils can be dripped onto a paper tissue that is placed somewhere on the desk so that the scent of essential oils can reach us.
Another option is to make a roll on that will always be with you when you need it.
Roll on for better concentration
Ingredients:
- 6 drops of peppermint essential oil
- 6 drops of lemon essential oil
- 8 drops of eucalyptus radiata essential oil
- macadamia or jojoba base oil
- roll-on bottle of 10 ml
Preparation:
Pour essential oils into a 10 ml roll-on bottle and then fill it up to the top with jojoba or macadamia base oil.
Application:
Use as needed - apply to the bend of the elbows and/or wrist.
A refreshing shower
If you can't wake up in the morning or you need refreshment during the working day, take a shower if you have the chance. The water from the shower is pleasantly refreshing, and in combination with essential oils, it will pleasantly relax, refresh and wake you up, and help you to be more efficient and focused on the work that awaits you.
To prepare an aromatic shower, drip 2-4 drops of lemon essential oil and 2 drops of peppermint onto a small towel. Enter the shower cabin, turn on the water and enjoy the aromatic steam.
If you feel tense and irritable, use lavender instead of peppermint.
9. CLEANING WITH ESSENTIAL OILS
Fragrant and clean kitchen
Sometimes you have the feeling that your kitchen is the worst part of your home - some smells are wonderful to you, like the smell of homemade bread or cake, while some are not good, like those from the garbage can. Likewise, various smells are released in the room during cooking, whether they are from vegetables, fish or meat.
What to do to achieve freshness and reduce the smell of cooking?
Here are some excellent essential oils that can be used as a refreshing spray, whether they are used alone or in combination with other essential oils.

Washing and cleaning floors
You can also use essential oils for washing and cleaning floors.
For this purpose, in a bucket of warm water, add half a cup of white, alcoholic vinegar into which you have previously dripped essential oils:
- 5 drops of lemon essential oil
- 3 drops of lavender essential oil

Fragrant wardrobes
Protect your clothes from moths - drip essential oil of Atlas cedar or lavender on pieces of cotton or try the following combination:
- 4 drops of cedarwood, atlas essential oil
- 3 drops of geranium essential oil
- 3 drops of lemon or lemongrass essential oil
Is there anything essential oils can't do?
Although essential oils are not omnipotent, they can really make our lives easier and better. Include them in your life and enjoy their aromas, no matter in what form and for what purpose you use them.
You don't have to have a whole collection - get the basics like lavender, tea tree, eucalyptus radiata, peppermint and lemon to start with.
Choose pure organic ingredients for maximum effectiveness.
Only by choosing 100% natural, unadulterated and certified organic essential oils can you be sure of the composition of the oils and their verified quality. There are no pesticide residues or other harmful chemicals in them that can get into essential oils through conventional plant cultivation.
Certified organic essential oils contain a higher concentration of active ingredients and are therefore more effective and more economical to use.
