Air freshener

Add 20-30 drops to 60 ml of vodka and water, shake well and spray in the room, avoiding furniture.

Ointment for joint inflammation

Take 100 ml of olive oil, 10 grams of beeswax and 10 drops of pine needle essential oil. Melt the beeswax in a water bath (max. 70 C°) stirring gently with a wooden spoon. When it melts, remove from heat and continue stirring. When the mixture cools down, for example to 35 degrees, add olive oil and pine needle essential oil and mix the ingredients until well combined. Pour the balm into suitable glass bottles, let it cool down (for about 1 hour), close the bottles tightly and use when needed. (source: Essentia, no.4)

Cough remedy

Add 30 drops of white pine essential oil to 50 ml of olive oil, mix well and let it synergize. Massage on the chest.

The pine tree can grow up to 40 meters, and the essential oil is obtained by steam distillation of the needles and twigs. It has a recognizable fresh and slightly sweet scent, reminiscent of a pine forest.
