Deep Sleep Ritual
Before bed
Add 8-10 drops to your favourite diffuser in the evening, before going to bed to calm your mind and fall asleep more easily.
A sound and peaceful sleep throughout the night
For use throughout the night, we recommend using coarse sea salt that slowly releases calming scent until the morning. In a container with coarse sea salt, drip 3-5 drops of the Deep Sleep blend and place it on the bedside table.
